1. Mitt Drills
Coming in at #1 are Mitt Drills! A workout involving real punch combos that your trainer will build on progressively as you box to the beat. It’s the next best thing to having a trainer in the room with you doing pad or focus mitt training. Because, with mitt drills, it feels like they’re there in your living room calling out drills as you throw punch after punch. This kind of student-to-trainer interactionis unique to Litesport, and we’re excited to keep exploring how these classes elevate your at-home workout experience.
P.S. Have you tried to beat the bot? In this Mitt Drill workout, you’ll face off against a boxing bot to the ever-increasing speed of the “Swan Lake” theme. It’s our toughest Mitt Drill yet!
2. Teamwork
Coming in at #2 are our brand-new Teamwork workouts! Teamwork is the perfect blend of entertainment and expertise as two trainers guide you through your workout, instead of one. It's an immersive fitness experience where the trainers' personalities shine through, creating an environment that is not only effective but also incredibly entertaining. In other words, it’s double the trainers, double the energy, and double the fun.

Music is the heartbeat of the Litesport experience and it’s our Punch Tracks that power the beat with an ever-growing library of music’s biggest hits. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Punch Tracks are #3 on this list!
It’s simple, choose your favorite track and find your flow as you choreograph your punches to the beat of a single song. 4. Trainer-led Workouts
Next up on our Litesport favorite list is our amazing trainer-led workouts! Improve your form, find your limits, and get hands-on support and motivation with over 1,000+ of Litesport’s multi-level Trainer-Led Classes. Each class features professional trainer instruction, top-charting music, and endless options to sweat it out.
It’s like having a personal trainer right in your living room, coaching you on the correct boxing form while making every move, punch, and squat that much more fun. Throughout this year we’ve been putting out a ton of exciting trainer-led workouts celebrating everything from Hispanic Heritage Month to Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary. Plus, we’ve added new exciting features like Teamwork workouts.
5. Total Body Workouts
Litesport isn’t just a boxing workout! Thanks to the launch of Total Body in 2022, you can also take on full-body exercises that incorporate exciting and responsive VR elements. 7. Strength Workouts
The #7 reason why we love Litesport is our Strength workouts! Strength is a VR dumbbell-based workout that helps you build strength the right way. In these workouts, our certified trainers guide you through tried-and-true strength training exercises, incorporating real dumbbells and weights.
Strength workouts target 16 key muscles, which we showcase on the unique and interactive muscle map during your workout. They also leverage Meta’s mixed reality features like passthrough and hand-tracking, giving the appearance that your trainer is right there with you in your own home. Much easier and convenient than your home gym, right?

11. Real-Time Results & Performance Dashboard
Not only does Litesport offer several unique ways to build up a sweat but we also measure and track your progress with every punch, rep, and squat. During your workout you’ll see real-time results popping up on your screen, tracking your overall score, good hits, and streaks. At the end of your class, you’ll also see a results screen featuring a few stats from your workout. Lastly, with our performance dashboard, you can monitor your progress across all workouts. Head to your Litesport main home screen to view your score and overall performance stats.
These real-time results and performance tracking metrics help improve your workout experience—making it easier to set goals, challenge yourself, and get stronger and fitter.
