Trainer Classes
Improve your form, enhance your boxing technique, and get expert instruction and motivation in these trainer-guided sessions.
In Trainer Classes, our trainers lead you through rounds of boxing interspersed with cardio and strength training exercises such as lunges, squats, or skater hops. It’s like having a personal trainer in your living room, coaching you on correct boxing form and technique while pushing you to get the best workout possible.
Classes range from 5 to 30 minutes and incorporate active recovery warm-up and cool-down stretches, ensuring you get a full workout from start to finish. Expect a focus on boxing technique, proper form, and the opportunity for plenty of modifications. Each workout will build strength, cardio endurance, and mental acuity while leveling up your boxing skills.
Mitt Drills
Face your Trainer head-on in classes that mimic pad or focus mitt training.
Mitt Drills center around real punch combos that your trainer will build on progressively as you box to the beat. It’s the next best thing to having a trainer in the room with you. Because, with mitt drills, it feels like they’re really there in your living room, calling out drills as you throw punch after punch.

Punch Tracks
Test your rhythm and strength as you throw punches in time to the lights and beat of a single song.

Each song has a unique punch combination on the Liteshield and three different difficulty levels, allowing you to choose the right pace for you.

2. Total Body
Get your arms and legs moving with new dynamic and interactive VR elements that work the full body.
Follow along with your trainer in Total Body as you take on full-body exercises that incorporate exciting and responsive VR elements. You’ll slam battle ropes, rack up points on the speed bag, avoid overhead ropes with ducks and squats, and engage your entire body for our most complete workout.
These accessible and fun movements make full-body training even more exciting and motivating for everyone, from beginners to experts. Speaking of motivation, we score each class based on correctly completing moves, plus bonus points for accuracy and timing.
3. Strength
Build strength the right way in this unique-to-VR dumbbell-based workout.
In Strength, our certified trainers will guide you through tried-and-true weight-lifting and strength exercises, ensuring correct form. This class is perfect for those interested in strength training who may feel intimidated or unsure where to start.
With these at-home weight-based workouts, you can target 14 key muscles and filter content by specific muscle groups you want to focus on. These classes also leverage Meta’s mixed reality features like passthrough and hand-tracking, making your workout accessible, safe, and effective.
Instead of a leaderboard or Match results, these workouts are a competition against yourself. With each workout, we’ll share your total calories burned, muscles worked, weight lifted, reps completed, and more. These results and progress tracking stats keep you coming back so you get stronger with each workout.
