Can You Beat Our Trainers’ High Scores?

With Litesport, you can compete in challenges and competitions with other members of the Litesport community (like our first-ever Annual Throwdown!). Or you can go head-to-head with family and friends in Litesport Matches where you compete for the highest score.

Now’s your chance as we share some of our Trainers’ high scores on the “Hard” level of a few of our favorite Punch Tracks. Do you think you have what it takes to beat them? Let’s find out…

What are Punch Tracks?

With Punch Tracks, you can find your flow with the latest charting music as you choreograph your punches to the beat of a single song. They’re perfect if you’re short on time and want to sneak in a workout or if you just want to lose yourself in the music.

How do we score your workout?

After you finish your Punch Track workout you’ll get real-time results sharing how you did, including a high score. We calculate your score based on a per punch value. 

Each target you successfully punch in time earns you a base of 10 points. You’ll also get extra points when you’re in the flow and nailing multiple successful punches in a row, or achieving what’s called a streak. 

Then your force rating, or how hard you’re hitting, will give you a bonus at the end of your workout. You'll see this in the final results screen, where your score will be increased relative to your average force value throughout the workout.

Why do some Punch Tracks have a higher score than others? You’ll notice that some of our Trainers’ high scores have high numbers compared to other scores. This is because content with more punches will have a higher score ceiling compared to those with fewer punches. Which means you can score even more points for harder or longer classes.

Each Punch Track has a unique punch combination and three different levels of difficulty, allowing you to choose the right level for you.
